We are delighted to report that we have been officially Certified™ by Great Place to Work® UK and US.
Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Through employee surveys they recognise what organisations are doing right and help them to continually improve. They also apply data and insights from millions of employees working in around 10,000 organisations across the world every year to benchmark individual performance.
This year, for the first time, XMOS partnered with Great Place to Work® to gauge how the global workforce feel about being part of our organisation. The survey explored a range of opinions and trust levels across a number of areas in order to clearly assess employee viewpoints.
We were pleased to see all of the positivity highlighted by the survey, outlining the many areas where we are succeeding in making XMOS a desirable place to work.
