Last week, as part of the Ignite event, Microsoft announced the Azure Percept Audio – an accessory device that adds speech AI capabilities to the Azure Percept DK.
Featuring AI Acceleration from XMOS, the Azure Percept Audio is a voice-enabled system on module (SoM) with a 4-mic linear array. Designed to apply custom commands, keyword spotting, far-field speech and anomaly detection to local listening devices, the Azure Percept Audio enables manufacturers to extend the capabilities of the Azure Percept DK to include new, smart voice-activated devices.
